Original and unpublished works on any of the topics aforementioned or related are welcome. The SCPE journal has a rigorous peer-reviewing process and papers will be reviewed by at least two referees. All submitted papers must be formatted according to the journal's instructions, which can be found here.

Dr. Nasrullah has completed his Ph.D. from the University of Trento, Italy. He works as a Research Scientist at IBM Research, Almaden, California. His research interests include Graph Machine Learning, Large Graph Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. He also worked as an assistant professor at the Central University of Kashmir from February 2012 to December 2015. At IBM, he worked on Developing new scalable Graph Neural Network algorithms for large enterprise knowledge graphs and Conducting Proof-of-concept on real-world data using these algorithms. He has around 25 research articles to his name, which are published in reputed, high-impact journals and indexed by SCI and Scopus. Besides this, he has attended numerous international and national conferences.

Dr. Umar Bashir Mir is an Assistant Professor specializing in Information Systems and is keenly interested in e-governance, ICT4D, and emerging technologies. He holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, focusing on the framework for global digital identity. With extensive academic and research experience, including roles at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and the University of Kashmir, Dr. Mir has contributed significantly to the field through publications in reputable journals and conference presentations. He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his research, including the Research Excellence Travel Award and Full Travel Grant for participation in international conferences. Dr. Mir's expertise extends to service in various institutional committees and volunteer work with the Kashmir Education Initiative. He possesses a diverse skill set in programming languages, frameworks, and tools bolstered by certifications in machine learning and big data analytics.

He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional technology teams, with experience in both startup and large R&D environments. He has expertise in setting technology strategies, driving roadmaps for product portfolios, and collaborating with senior business stakeholders to realize strategic opportunities through product and technology solutions. Dawood's academic background includes a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, and a B.E. in Information Technology from Hamdard University, Karachi. He has a strong research background with several projects focusing on AI-enabled systems and real-time path planning for UAVs.

Ruby Rani, Ph.D., currently serves as a KTP Research Associate (Post Doctoral) at the National Centre for Text Mining — NaCTeM, University of Manchester, Manchester, UK, while concurrently holding the position of Technical Project Manager at 10BE5 Ltd., London, UK. With expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), she adeptly bridges academia and industry, focusing on impactful solutions at the intersection of AI and text mining. Her research interests encompass Domain-Specific NLP, Social Media Analysis, Information Extraction, Large Language Models, Text Summarisation, Topic Modeling, and Machine Learning. Dr. Rani's extensive work experience includes roles such as Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Warwick, Coventry, UK. She holds a Doctoral of Philosophy in Computer Science from JawaharLal Nehru University, Delhi, India, with a thesis on Automatic Domain Based Text Summarization for Hindi Language. Dr. Rani has published numerous journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters, demonstrating her contributions to the field. She has also presented her research at various conferences and workshops globally. Additionally, Dr. Rani has received several awards and scholarships in recognition of her academic achievements and has served as a reviewer for prestigious journals and conferences. Adelakun-Adeyemo has extensive experience as a lecturer, software development manager, and researcher, with notable contributions to the field of education and computing. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and presented at conferences, demonstrating her commitment to advancing knowledge. Her valuable skill set includes advanced IT and computer skills, leadership abilities, analytical prowess, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal communication.
